Technology Services:
The Technology Services Department is the City of Ammon's enterprise technology organization that provides solutions to empower the City departments and deliver services more efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the Technology Services Department focuses on engaging and empowering citizens, improving City business processes, and using innovation to keep City costs down without compromising service.
Office Hours:
The Technology Services Department is open Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays. The office is located on the east side of the C. Bruce Ard Operations Building at 3453 Ard Dr.

Responsibilities:
The Technology Services Department's primary day-to-day responsibility is to ensure that all networks, desktop computers, e-mail systems, and applications that support the business of the City government are continuously available and operating effectively.
